Yes. All clients place orders directly through the website, with transparent pricing.

2. What is the cost from China to [European location]?

Our trucking platform focuses on final-mile delivery within the EU—transport between any point A and point B inside the EU (excluding some islands and remote areas). We do not handle first-leg shipping from China to Europe.

3. What is the cost for shipping from point A to point B within the EU?

After registering on our platform (search “德豪卡派” or contact customer service), you can enter the postal code and cargo details to receive a real quote within 3 seconds—free and unlimited.

4. What is the cooperation process?

The platform uses a prepaid model. You can pay online or by bank transfer. For transfers, confirm the currency first, and we will sign the corresponding contract. Once payment is received, you can place orders. A dedicated customer service team is available via WeChat for support.

5. Can I schedule a specific pickup/delivery time?

For full truckload (FTL), it's yes. For less-than-truckload (LTL), 2-hour or 4-hour time windows are available with additional fees.

6. How soon can my goods be picked up after placing the order?

LTL/Groupage can be arranged as early as the next working day, usually within 1–3 business days is normal. FTL can be scheduled for pickup the same afternoon (European time).

7. What is the insurance compensation standard?

Basic insurance is included, covering about €8/kg. Details are listed in the product description. Additional insurance can be purchased by selecting “Insurance” and entering the cargo value.

8. Do goods need to be palletized?

Yes, for single items over 30 kg. Items under 30 kg with irregular packaging are also recommended to be palletized to avoid rejection or damage.
